Early access terms. JobNest Global is an early-stage marketplace, not an employment agency. These plain-language terms explain the current service. They have not been reviewed for every country's laws. Local mandatory rights still apply.
Using the service
JobNest Global is intended for people looking for work and employers sharing genuine vacancies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and follow these terms. The service is intended for worldwide access where it is lawful to use.
Accounts and safety
- Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private.
- Do not impersonate another person or company, post a fake vacancy, mislead applicants, harass others, distribute malware, or use the site to break the law.
- Do not post private information about another person in a listing or report.
- Applicants should independently verify employers and never pay a recruiter to receive a job offer. JobNest Global cannot verify every employer or vacancy.
Job posts and applications
Job posts are currently free. Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and application details in their posts. New listings and edits wait for manual review. A review is a moderation step, not a background check, endorsement or guarantee that the employer or job is genuine or current.
When an applicant uses the application feature, JobNest Global records the application and shares the applicant's name and email with that listing's employer. The site then opens the employer's supplied link or email app. JobNest Global does not submit a CV or guarantee a response, interview or job.
Reports and moderation
You may report a published listing. Reports are reviewed manually and may be dismissed or lead to a listing being closed. JobNest Global may reject, edit for safety, hide or remove content that appears fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or abusive, and may restrict accounts that misuse the service. A report does not guarantee a particular result.
External services and availability
Employer application links, email providers, the Himalayas remote-job feed and other external services are operated by third parties. JobNest Global does not control their content, security or privacy practices. Remote listings link to and are managed by Himalayas; review its terms before applying. The service is provided as an early-access product and may change or be unavailable. No paid features or payments are enabled at this time.
Career resource links
JobNest Global may share affiliate links to third-party career resources, including Alison. If you use an affiliate link and complete an eligible action, JobNest Global may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The third party controls its services, eligibility rules and tracking. Affiliate links do not guarantee that a resource is suitable for your situation or that you will receive a job, certificate or income.
Contact and changes
You may delete your account from My activity after signing in and confirming your password. This removes your account, applications, reports attached to your own listings and job listings from the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to gorkhahousing@gmail.com. These terms do not choose an exclusive court or governing law; applicable mandatory rights and protections remain in place. We may update these terms as the service develops and will change the date above.
